The spacious room was a highlight of my stay, featuring fresh fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made great suggestions for local hikes.
While I enjoyed my visit, I found the breakfast options somewhat limited, which might not cater to everyone's preferences. navigating the narrow country roads to reach the lodge required a bit of caution.

I had a fabulous time during my 2 nights stay! The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes. Plus, we were greeted by a friendly dog who loves belly rubs! Can't wait to come back for more.

This place is almost charming, if you can overlook the limited breakfast and slightly hard beds. I expected a room upgrade for all the inconveniences, but that woudl ve been too much to ask, I suppose. I'm giving it a generous score, but I just couldn’t bring myself to fully recommend it.

Spacious, clean rooms with fresh, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and that bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was a thoughtful touch.
The small country roads leading in could be a hassle to navigate if you’re not careful, and the beds might feel a bit hard if you're used to something softer. WiFi could use a boost in speed, especially during busy times—trying to stream anything was a bit of a challenge.

A breathtaking stay by the lake
Eas Dun Lodge is a hidden gem! Surrounded by the serene beauty of Lake Eske, our room was spacious with stunning views. Patsy and Ann were incredibly warm and offered great tips for local hikes. The breakfast spread was delicious, with pancakes that stole the show!
While our stay was wonderful, navigating the narrow country roads to the lodge required some caution, especially if you're unfamiliar with rural driving. the Wi-Fi signal could be a bit spotty at times.

Absolutely loved the fresh milk in the fridge and the spotless room with stunning mountain views. There’s a lovely garden area to unwind in, and the sun terrace is perfect for relaxing with a book. Maybe the breakfast options weren't the most extensive, but it hit the spot! 😊
